Value Ledger¶
The Value Ledger is DXDT's running account of what it has delivered for your organization — findings and savings, incidents and resolution times, knowledge retained — compiled monthly, with the calculation method stated next to every figure.
The ledger is enabled for your organization by your DXDT account team; when active it appears in the user menu as Value Ledger.
What it tracks¶
| Metric | How it's derived |
|---|---|
| Savings identified /mo | Sum of per-finding estimated monthly savings on grounded Pulse findings, duplicates excluded |
| Savings actioned /mo | Identified savings on findings your team marked resolved |
| Savings realized | Reported only once confirmed against your actual cloud bill — never estimated |
| Incidents | Opened and resolved per month, with MTTR (mean created→resolved time) |
| Learnings | Institutional-memory facts your team added |
| Checks | Pulse agent runs executed |
| Questions | Agent questions asked by your team |
| Hours returned | An estimate, always displayed with its formula |
Reading it honestly¶
The ledger follows the same evidence discipline as the rest of DXDT:
- Numbers can go down when duplicate findings are clustered — the lower figure is the defensible one.
- The Method card on the page states the derivation of every metric. If a figure has no method note, it doesn't ship.
- "Hours returned" is labeled an estimate because it is one; the formula is shown so you can disagree with the constants.
