Plans and limits¶
DXDT has three plans: Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. Your
current plan, usage, and included features are shown on
Team → Plan & Usage (https://<your-dxdt-host>/team#plan). For
pricing, contact DXDT.
Quotas¶

Chat sessions and triage events are monthly counters that reset each calendar month; the Plan & Usage tab shows usage bars for both. The other quotas are concurrent limits on how many of each you can have. A custom seat count above the plan default can be arranged with DXDT.
When a quota is reached, the action is blocked with an explicit message naming the limit and the plan that lifts it — nothing is silently dropped.

Feature availability is enforced at the API, and the Plan & Usage tab shows the full checklist for your plan. Settings for features your plan does not include are flagged in the console as requiring an upgrade.
Trials¶
Trial organizations run with Growth plan features and quotas for the duration of the trial. The Plan & Usage tab shows a trial banner with the start date, end date, and days remaining. When the trial ends, access reverts to your organization's base plan.
Troubleshooting¶

| "You've reached your monthly chat session limit" | Monthly quota exhausted; resets at the start of the next calendar month, or upgrade. |
| "You've reached your integration limit" | Remove an unused integration or upgrade your plan. |
| Feature shows Upgrade required | The feature is not in your plan. Compare the tables above. |
| "API access is not included in your plan" when creating a token | API and CLI access starts on the Growth plan. |
